Whiting's started in 2019 as a one-man operation. Kurt Whiting is a U.S. military veteran, and he built the business the way he was trained: show up, do the job right, and don't leave anyone stranded. It's a family operation. Kurt and his wife Maddie run it — Maddie works dispatch and drives too. Peter and Eric drive; Nick turns wrenches in the shop.

Today that crew covers Ossipee, Wolfeboro, Conway, Tamworth and the rest of Carroll County — 24/7 towing, heavy wrecker and rotator recovery, and a full repair shop that handles everything from state inspections and alignments to engine and transmission work. The trucks say it plainly: big or small, we haul them all, proudly serving New Hampshire and Maine. There's a new shop building near Route 16, and reviewers keep calling it "beautiful."
